W&G Metalwork Ltd has been established as a limited company since 1983, and has been offering services related to architectural metalwork to our valued customers for almost four decades.
We are one of Britain's leading architectural metalwork companies, providing and delivering a comprehensive architectural metalwork services to the Construction Industry.
Our work speaks for itself and we have a proven record of successfully completing major construction projects with big companies.
Based in the West Midlands, W&G Metalwork Ltd operates from a historic mill building housing all our office staff with an adjoining 5000sq ft new build modern factory extension. Our factory has all the usual metalworking; welding, drilling, punching, sawing, cutting, and bending machinery and it incorporates our own on-site painting booth and metal polishing capability.
W&G Metalwork Ltd produces balconies, staircases, ladders, balustrades, handrails, gates, fire escapes, and many other variety of architectural metalwork. We operate from our purpose built factories which houses offices for our design and technical team, administration team, sales team, manufacturing and installation team, all under a single roof.

Our central offices provide easy distribution and installation throughout all UK regions. We operate all of our own vehicles and work with architects, contractors, and project management companies, offering them manufacturing and installation services. With experience that shows, we have worked in residential, commercial, educational, transport, retail, and other infrastructure projects, ranging from small to multimillion pound projects.
Green Business
The future of the environment is our responsibility and the products that we make and distribute impacts the entire world around us. That is why, it is imperative that we take actions to reduce carbon footprints to prevent damage to the environment. To this end, we undertake assessment performed by Aston University to evaluate how carbon efficient we can become.
Gold Level on Constructionline
Constructionline is responsible for assessing how much a company adheres to environmental and quality management practices, offers equal opportunity, follows anti-bribery and corruption policies, and adhere to modern slavery act. Some of these policies are included in the Cabinet Office Selection Questionnaire. W&G Metalwork Ltd has a Gold Membership with Constructionline and is working towards getting a Platinum Membership.
CE Marking
CE marking certification shows that a product has been assessed to meet the EU safety, health, and environmental criteria. W&G Metalwork Ltd is certified by CE marking and all products they manufacture and distribute are assessed by this body.
Qualified Staff
W&G Metalwork Ltd offers ongoing training for all its staff and company and we handpick each person based on their qualification and expertise while assigning projects. We also have an extensive portfolio of successfully completed project that we will be happy to share in detail.
Our inhouse design capability is second to none, using the latest CAD & 3D software.
All of our onsite installation teams are directly employed by us and have direct remote access to the office via their tablet technology.
